Lauda did not value her privacy in her early days as much as she did in her later days. She changed her display name when she was a mod, and it could have been done to improve her privacy.
I think if anyone is lauda or knows lauda in RL it is suchmoon.
I have serious doubts about this. I am not aware of evidence that SM speaks Croatian (why do you say this?). Lauda and SM have very different personalities, and they are different enough for me to believe they are different people.
There is not much of a reason for anyone to trust SM (being honest), and I don't think lauda would have voluntarily given her personal information to SM. I know of two people that know who lauda is, and they both have been successfully trusted with a lot. SM does not fit that description. If SM has roots in Croatia, then maybe she was able to figure out who lauda is, idk.
Lauda is here. Nobody really leaves for good after being strongly involved.

This I believe. Lauda is good at maintaining her privacy, so it probably wont ever be known what lauda's new account is. I would find it hard to believe that Lauda actually left the forum. There is a chance she was using a new account before she stopped using her lauda account. All of this is of course speculation.
