Whenever I want to study, I think about stopping playing with my mobile phone after 10 minutes of playing, but I always procrastinate, and then I play with my mobile phone until I go to sleep, without the energy to complete the task of the day, and then postpone it until the next day... 
I also want to know how to quit and focus on work I couldn't focus on my work and trades lately because of my mobile games.But it is what makes me happy and relax me keeps me away from stress.
I used to be focus on trading or crypto market back then but I got hooked on mobile games and spend more time on it until it is what I do most of the time.
