Generally, people prefer to give merits to the post that are helpful, constructive, meaningful, informative, and more. But there are some members who have their own criteria for you to be eligible to receive his/her merit. I believe you shouldn't focus on getting merit for now but rather try to learn new things and these merits will come once someone appreciates your idea or post. I've checked your post history and most of your posts are related to bounty campaigns which are nearly impossible to receive some merit. I recommend for you to step up and visit more threads or sections other than, made some constructive discussions.
