That's not real, maybe OP get the wrong idea about the fee machanism of EIP1559. In fact, they'll get ethereum as a reward if any users use the "Miner Tip" option to do any transection faster than others and only "Base Fee" will be burned forever. Not only this, miners will get the block reward as for mining which means , it's not over yet.
