Whenever I want to study, I think about stopping playing with my mobile phone after 10 minutes of playing, but I always procrastinate, and then I play with my mobile phone until I go to sleep, without the energy to complete the task of the day, and then postpone it until the next day... 
Move your phone away if you want to study. Having your sight near to it will encourage you to stop studying and just play on it.And you need to discipline yourself that you should practice moving it away where you cannot see it for you to do things that you have to such as studying.
