Yep, classic case of thread bumping, no doubt about that. Since they are also giving a reward to all those that are leaving comments in their announcement thread they are breaking forum rule and usual punishment for that is thread deletion. I reported it too so let's see what mods say about that.
I see they already have their first scam accusation thread, so no surprise there.
