Ofcourse. That's depends on whether they know what they are doing is wrong, assuming they are personally benefitting from the deaths.
If they are doing it unintentionally, that's is a different issue, but if after being warned and they understand the moral issue and the bad consequences, then they are aware already and would need to change.
Sorry mate but what's wrong in asking a prediction about the potential death counts?
My friend, I wonder how you will feel if those kind of predictions are done on your love ones or people you deeply care about. Would you tolerate it especially if the predictors benefit financially from your misery?
By the way, if predictions like that become necessary, qualified people should be used and they must be precised as possible, plus give sufficient and well researched reasons for their predictions, so we don't have people carelessly betting on "millions will die" for selfish gain.
