Unfortunately no one can help you besides the support from slotman.com, and his account already inactive since 2 months ago.
I've take a look of their twitter, facebook, telegram etc seems not active anymore.
And when I chat the live support in their site, they wrote this to me. Chance they will back is much lower IMO.

Why wait for another more days if your case is already pending for more days? better to post a scam accusation already to see if they are serious on solving the issue to their users. If they still didn't put any action after you made that accusation then maybe that's a good sign for others to leave this casino.
