Which platform is better for generate token if you want token be listed on exchangers without big fees

In the present time if i want to generate token and want to listed any token in exchangers then i will choose Binance Smart Chain (BSC) platform. Then my second choice is TRON platform. Because they have low gas fee. In Ethereum, the gass fee is high. So i don't choose it in this time. Which platform is better for generate token if you want token be listed on exchangers without big fees
