Are you referring to learning in general? What works for me might be different for you but when I was studying, I always make sure to make a plan a day before the day I will be studying. What subjects to review, how long should I do it, and others. It's also important not to procrastinate but for me, the best piece of advice I can give you is you also have to rest. Studying something without rest or without sleep won't help with anything.
For learning crypto or some coins that you are interested in, I can only say that you NOT be basing your decision on videos on Youtube. I can only say this by experience when I was researching this project. There are other influencers who hype a project because of personal gains. Forums such as this and Reddit are far more useful than yt. I don't think many will agree but this works for me.
