There is no reason to believe that Bitcoin will replace fiat,  but rather it will sit along-side the currencies "declared via fiat" in each country.   What Bitcoin WILL DO is serve as a relative basis to measure the inflation/deflation of each fiat currency, in the same way that Gold serves that purpose today.
