edit: fck blockchain went on at night but since 8 hours it stopped again at block 2190311.
And again, no explorer is online, to check the situation.
Just looked at the blockchain. Not explorer issue. Even without explore, you can send and receive coins.
FCK blockchain seem to have 3 to 4 hours with no mining. Lack of miners is the issue. Of course, without miners, coin can not function well.
