As the post says I have £10k which I would like to invest with the hope of doubling or tripling said amount in a short space of time. Month or so perhaps?
First of all is this possible? I am looking for guidance on the best method to do this? Preferably on one or two coins only when the price is right.

With cryptocurrency what you've requested is possible, but no one can assure of the time period required for the same. Sometimes the investment can get doubled in a day's time, sometimes the time period can be long. From my personal choice, €10k is good amount for investing. All that required is finding the right asset. You can give priority to top order cryptocurrency as well as new launch of projects. Try to buy at the pre-token sale, and by listing you can expect the outcome.
