I think it would be necessary to add 24/7 live support on your platform. It's just a suggestion that helps your users a lot.
They already have a live chat but I had to make an account to check that, it isn't available to non-members which makes sense I think. I got a reply within moments of messaging the live support so I believe they are doing good in that department but the only area of concern is their trust here at bitcointalk. @tygeade the trust issue of DuckDice.io is outdated, and if you read the ANN then you’ll discover that they're now a legit site to play. Furthermore betting with doge is indeed a good idea, because you’ll be able to test the site thoroughly, and if possible do leave your honest review here so others can take their decision based on that review.
I agree, they deserved to be given a chance as after that feedback, there's no negative feedback anymore for this site, that 2 btc in the feedback is already paid to their user, so there's no monetary involve anymore, just an old mistake but was already corrected.
Many didn't do a research about the situation so expect that therr are people who is concern about the trust rating of their official acount here so maybe if there's someone ask about that better if they provide the link to the people who ask about it so that peoppe will know about how those things solve.
Also they should contact lutpin and try if ge will erase the feedback left on their account.
