Hello. Question to CEX.
How can I withdraw btc from my account, if primary email not setup and I can't setup primary or alternative emails? I wrote to support@cex.io several times, but no response on my question. I can specify details in PM if needed.

Please send a support ticket to support@cex.io, I'm sure we will be able to resolve this issue.
