Besides, not all projects doing like this their ending is "Scam", Aside from that this student coin projects was still running their campaign and the good thing about this STC even their still in progress of the campaign everyone are free to buy them at cointiger to trade it. In short, I can't say it will turn into scam in the end, not because I am one of their participants of course not! Due to having listed in the exchange even the project is not done yet for me that is an advantage.
