We will have to see, bitcoin's narrative has change now, and so is the altcoin market. So we can't really compare what had happened after Bitcoin's bubble burst resulting to altcoin market entering the bull run. Currently, we have seen altcoin as well having a good and super fast rally like Bitcoin.

So we can't really say for certain as this point, until we cross the bridge, the top altcoins have been enjoying, going to the moon, establishing a new all time high this 2020.
