Best hardware wallets are open source and they care about your privacy and security of information you send them when you order it.
Company that had multiple leaks, and has secret NDAs with closed source hardware and software is not a good choice for purchasing hardware wallet.
I would choose some of those open source wallets and use passphrase option as 25th word:

- ColdCard
- Bitbox
- Trezor

Other hardware wallets can also just work fine, and it is important the way how you order them so try to use PO boxes and alternative phone numbers.

Always remember that seed words are more important than your actual hardware wallet device, so keep it in safe place.
