That’s a good point, Binance has a strict protocol with regards to the compliant of the requirements and since Binance Listed RAMP, then something good on this project. I have a limited information about RAMP, and I have to search it right now before it goes to the moon, this can be a good project to watch for.This time ramp already listed on binance and then you can draw your conclusion about ramp.

? No one can give you precise prediction here. Of course, right now, it is in good position as it passed thru binance requirements. But it is not the determining factor whether a project will succeed or not. It still depends on the project team themselves. So why not ask yourself, does the team have the capability to implement their promised objectives? No one can do the homework for you. If you have money invested on it, you will be the one following up their updates and other things related to it. Don't expect that somebody will assure you that they are still in good position.
