it took them 21 days to fix it, then yesterday after I was asking again they pointed out they'd fixed it 1.5 days prior. as if I checked every day at this point lol. Than another user right after tried a btc withdraw and they got an error. So nothing has been fixed, whether they pushed many withdraws or just mine to make a "gotcha" moment. HmmmMy second attempt to withdraw also went straight to error. but now I'm banned. so no way to get ticket
