This version includes tons of improvements on PascalCoin, including E-PASA and AbstractMem library

• AbstractMem: Run a full Pascal node with minimal hardware requeriments (just 1 RAM Gb and 1 CPU computer)
• PayToKey: Provide a public key and will buy a new account if there is no account with this public key
