Shouldn't faucetpay.io compensate me as I have lost whatever I had earned due to them.
I'm not trying to take sides in here but if you had funds in a certain address in FP and they didn't want to cover your losses, then they would've contradicted what they've said in their incident post but that's not the case. The way I see it, it's a limitation from bitcoinker
[I'm not implying they're at fault] so in other words, you have only yourself to blame for those funds.
The bitcoinker.com does not allow to change bitcoin address as changing address shall mean all previously earned bitcoins shall be lost.

Now I have written to bitcoinker.com to allow me to transfer the coins to new address but their policy is straight forward and it is not their fault also.
