If they cite you specifically then all you need is to provide all the details and i am hoping they will resolve the issue or they would respond on the issue which will give more clarity.
In first time he have asking for my KYC, I have sended and I have back in play, but some days latter my account got ban, and still blocked... I not have sended any proof of my founds because he don't have asking for this...
So you provided you KYC and then they blocked your account, i am hoping the team would respond to you and they must be having some representatives in the sites as they are conducting many giveaways and the amount you are talking about is not a big one considering they have a big budget with they way they are advertising.
