Nope. The link you indicated is clearly a referral link. Websites can track users that are from a certain website without using random numbers but rather a clear text like "btctalk". Better delete your link with referral as it is already stated that it is against the forum's rules. AFAIK (based on my development experiences), ?p=<<then a number> is often used on either a user or a referral. You cannot have perimeters that has values with random numbers and then just say that it is a tracking link. is Bitcointalk equivalent to 73096482??? rofl
