What would change in the logistics though, I think in a customer level there isn't any changes because you just have to pay the product and the moment you hit pay, the product will be delivered, maybe it will shorten the time it takes but I don't see any more benefits of blockchain in logistics besides the listed(where is number 1 though?).
I think if data is being presented real time to top management, they can make their business decisions based on it. So it will spell the difference between successful or not. To be fair though, every industry or sector that plays with a lot of data will really benefited from this latest technology, i.e. supply chain management.
So it's a game changer in my opinion, but others can agree that you can simply use Relational Databases, but having Blockchain will probably cut the cost as far as IT infra is concern.
