There's always a caveat buying any token listed on DApp, whether from Pancakeswap through a BSC or on Metamask through ETH on Coingecko. It's so that buyers will be aware of any act of a possible rugpull so they don't cast the blame on anyone if that eventually happens. I haven't experienced a rugpull myself but I heard it's a terrible experience to have as one watches one's cash go down the drain. So, my suggestion is for you to DYOR properly before investing.
