it certainly won't help you in Payoneer->Bitcoin conversion. LeGaulois already says and quote, not to repeat the same. Hardly anyone will take the risk if this type of transaction is strictly prohibited by Payoneer.
as everywhere, you have legal services and those fake who will try to deceive you. the same is true with p2p or any other type of exchanger.
If your Bitcoin buying using Payoneer money is only the current case, I mean one transaction, I suggest you try to make a deal on
currency exchange service. I have already seen similar offers there.
