Global Moderators do moderate Beginners & Help, and reported posts get dealt with here in a timely manner really, despite there not being an active dedicated moderator to the board. The matter was discussed on Meta a few times (see Change The Moderator of Beginners & Help for example), but things remain the same.The modlog does show the existence of a recent deleted post created by @Dreamshaker:
