Then i find in the multiply game, that there was a bet made, one only single bet at 14:01h, with all my amount at once, actually my amount was as i told you before, 0.02637968 btc, and the bet that was made was of 0.03489288 btc, very strange, like a very diferent amount of the one i had, so this is wrong since i actually don´t even have that much 0.034 bitcoin in my balance to make that bet, the single bet is bigger that the actual full balance that i have in my account so it is impossible for me to have 0.026 btc in my account and make a bet of much bigger 0.034 btc bet, impossible, and i haven´t made any deposits.....Please tell me what happened? Some kind of a bug? What is the problem and why even that bet happened.

I need a screenshot of the roll on your roll history after you have clicked the icon on the left to expand it to show your balances before and after so I can explain why you are mistaken. Errors like that cannot occur.
