They already have a live chat but I had to make an account to check that, it isn't available to non-members which makes sense I think. I got a reply within moments of messaging the live support so I believe they are doing good in that department but the only area of concern is their trust here at bitcointalk. I like the design and everything on duckdice but I was and still am afraid to play because I don't know if I will be able to get my winnings back if I win.
