Why is there no LLC/LTD listed that is the company that owns the website?
What are the company ownership details?
What is the full company address?
In the event of litigation who will plaintiffs serve legal documentation on and which jurisdiction will it happen in?
And why have a self-moderated thread?
I knew this was going to be the end result of unnamed.exchange so as soon as I became aware of the exchange I asked TillKoeln on several occasions to list the ownership details with LLC/LTD including full company name and address a well as legal jurisdiction Court litigation will be held in the event a user wanted to the take them to Court.
