You are responsible for your own login details, password and your phone with 2fa, and sorry but if you lost all of these things than I would not blamer FTX or any other exchange but only yourself.

There is always a risk when using any centralized exchanges and you sign and accept the terms when you open account so you better read it, and in future make better backups for your 2fa and other stuff.
Remember that if you lose your 2fa backup nobody can recover it and in many cases reset is not possible.
