What got my attention was Ronaldo smashing his country's Captain armband on the ground, that was pure nonsense and unprofessional from him.
It is true that it was not a pretty attitude! And I shouldn't have done it.
But I believe that he did not do it, with the intention of offending. Simply with frustration, she tossed the one with her hand to the floor.
There's no justification for what he did, he threw the whole country on the ground that's what it means. Clearly shows how bad he is when it comes to being a leader, I've seen a lot of Captains got pissed but never tempered with the Armband. You scored and the goal was disallowed has nothing to do with the Country's honour(armband). He should be stripped of the captaincy and give it to Pepe.
I do agree that it is not really as big of a deal as people make it out to be. I understand that in a national team game you should be more careful because you are doing something that a whole nation watches, in other games when you play with your club only the fans of your club watches it, so he plays for Juventus and what he does only has impact on juventus fans of Italy which is not really a huge chunk of the nation and it is not even his nation. But, when you are playing in your national team that is more patriotic situation than playing with your team, so you have to be more careful.
However I still think that he didn't do it knowing that it would hurt the people, maybe he did a mistake that is something everyone can agree on, he shouldn't have done it, but we all know that he didn't do it to upset the whole nation that would be stupid, he just unknowingly hurt people when he was frustrated.
