Unnamed is unregistered one man circus. 
Before Cloudflare, domain (if i remember correctly, i should check again tho) was hosted in NL with host that accepts crypto payments (anonymous).
Admin is full of shit. I wouldn't be surprised that exchange got hacked and admin lost funds. Even tho, im pretty sure he sold the DOGE with belief its only temporal pump and now he hasnt anything to send out.
