It seems that the ICO hype is already over. However, there are still few ones that are still launching their ICO. But if you are a serious investor, better look for projects that have working app or services already. Because we are already tired of having them in alpha or beta stage that never come out of the testing stage. So if possible, look for platforms that are actually up and working and have active users. At least you know, their platform is already working.
