This pic is similar to the one with the normal/upside-down dishes. It took me quite a bit of time to figure out the above object's geometry (where the thick and thin parts are).
Thats strange. I had the bottom half as the thin bit until i saw your post and looked again. I can see both now and its only the shadow gives the answer
That is so true... in left I see bottom part thin and right top part is thin
