My sleep schedule has been getting worse, I have big tests this whole month and my sleep has been getting bad. When I started to sleep late it was like 1am or 01:30am or something like that. But know it's 2am - 3am and I can't sleep early because I'm so used to sleeping late, my eyes feel so tired but I can't fall asleep. So any tips? ( I wake up at 7am to get ready, so I usually sleep for like 5-4 hours mostly 4 and 45 minutes ( not exactly but pretty close).
I don't know if it's important to say this but it's exactly 01:45 right now.
When the Covid-19 pandemic broke out last year, I had the same issue.
What worked for me was doing exercise and then taking a hot shower before going to sleep.
I got myself a punching bag and some gloves. Also a few weights.
Made myself a simple routine (this you have to try for yourself to see what works best for you) and started doing it.
After a few or so, I actually started enjoying doing it because besides getting tired and sleeping better, I used that time to get fitter.
I'm still doing it after one year, and I do not regret one day.
