According to the small print on their website the answer to your question is "yes": https://www.unnamed.exchange/Home/Terms

To open your Unnamed.Exchange Account, you will be required, as part of the registration process, to provide certain personal information about yourself (such as your identification and contact details) which Unnamed.Exchange reasonably requires in order to comply with requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and other applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism laws, regulations, rules and policies which apply to Unnamed.Exchange
(the "AML Requirements"). You acknowledge and agree that:

1. you will provide any information that Unnamed.Exchange reasonably requires for the purposes of its obligations under the AML Requirements;

Anybody sending any KYC documents especially those that have photographic ID, bank details and signatures are at huge risk when dealing with these types of scam exchanges because it is very common for scammers to sell KYC/AML documents to other criminals and those documents are known to circulate in the criminal underworld for years.

unnamed.exchange will freeze withdrawals without reason or notice but will gladly continue to accept deposits
