In bear market you should expect Bitcoin decrease 80% in value so from $60k to $12k if bear market starts now. It will of course not happen immediately but will take over a year time. Hopefully we will see Bitcoin price way over $60k so that 80% drop will not be so low. 
If you think that the price of bitcoin will drop to 80% then it is a huge fall even if you measure with any metric

It does not matter if the price rallies to hundred thousand and then drops 80% it is a huge drop and you will hear a viscous attack against bitcoin about how the bubble resembles the tulip mania and so on and we saw that in the past and with the price taking on new landmark valuations you will hear more media outlets crying about it
