Yes the community has decided (years ago) to burn the 62B cryptsy coins and my understanding from everybody I've been talking to (with one exception) is that is still the plan and has widespread support. That 62B is the main subject of clause #7 of the Statement of Guiding Principles.
Well, this is a great plan, I apologize that I did not know about it before, it remains only to wait for the official announcement on its implementation, I think this will push interest in Mooncoin.
