I am curious about how to know if a gambler uses VPN or not? Do you use a software tracker to detect the IP and determine if that IP comes from VPN and not their real IP?

According to that TOS, if someone uses 3rd party software such as VPN software to play gambling and not try to abuse the site and never change the IP from VPN, that does not allow them to register and play the game?
