I think it is not a coin from Windice gambling site and just a shit altcoin. From coinmarketcap, I got a link to Wincoin's Announcement thread. Information does not show any relation to Windice.io

I double checked the post history of Windice on the forum and the Windice forum. I can not find any info on Wincoin.
