First check that you are on the correct version v1.2.15.2 the older one will should be rejected by most peers now.

IF that is not the case in the console, try adding these:

```addnode 135.181.74.88:10226 add
addnode 178.238.231.71:10226 add
addnode 89.149.31.157:10226 add
addnode 65.21.51.146:10226 add
addnode 51.38.112.28:10226 add
addnode 78.141.213.136:10226 add```

Just paste those into the console one by one and hit enter.
