What you don't have mean what you need to borrow before spending, the government will borrow 3TR which means that they will incur more debts in the process. Basically this shouldn't be much on the market in my opinion becasue of the US economy. I think the reasons why Bitcoin price dropped recently was becasue of panic sellers that always fall for FUD, they are everywhere and don't want to see a slight dip...
