I understand that there are a lot of messages and members to be answered. Then if you cannot manage it, you hire more stuff to do the job, don´t say that my problem is not real or serious?! That is not proffesional in the first place, sorry to tell you.
I had over 200 emails this morning. If everyone wrote nearly 1000 words that would be 200,000 words to read. Fortunately, nearly everyone in the world apart from you understands that it only necessary to concisely explain what their problem is and they manage it in one or two sentences. I am more than capable of giving support to people who know how to ask for it without extra staff to deal with 1 or 2 people who are incapable of succinctly articulating themselves.
