A lie. There has never been an error on our part that we didn't both refund AND compensate the user. Just because some troll like you says something it does not make it true.
When hit hi/lo there is no hope of fair play, there is no fairness:
1) seed is permanently new, there is no permanent seed;
2) transaction history is stored for only 10 days;
3) the lottery still uses MD5;
4) many negative reviews.
