update:
i spoke with the admin on live chat, and he told me that someone contacted them from another email with the same letter of guarantee as me and gave him the address to send my refund to apparently...?
i sent the support 2 emails containing some screenshots and letters of guarantee from MY email originally, and then all further contact was done via bitcointalk PMs. I specifically told him not to send the refund to that address when he asked me to confirm it, yet they did anyway.
the admins now are telling me they are re-checking all details and will get back to me.
i will update the thread when i have more info, but for now I would still tread with caution on this mixer.. i hope they can make it right for me because I have lost a very large amount of money.
