I have sent them the documents already on the 12th and 13th of March. Also whatsoeves details that they needed from me I have sent by 16th March. They said they are investigating about it and I don't really know what to investigate in my case. Am a normal person not a pro and there are some days only when I play on Cloudbet for a couple of hours and whether I win or loose I never keep my funds there(everytime deposit and loose or withdraw if I win) Hence, I don't know what's there to investigate about because I have also lost so much money there and there were no questions or investigations but when this time I won there are these issues. I just hope they are still fair on there part and don't keep me like waiting forever.
