I think it will be difficult for you to participate in legit bounties or even signature campaigns because your account has negative trust. Try to find bounties that accept negative trust accounts, but you can still participate in other campaigns such as social campaigns and so on.
Maybe he is not the one participating but his alt account or he just open this discussion for the sake of creating discussion about recent good bounty campaign, he is a hero member he knows that he cannot join in any signature campaign with a lot of negative tag in his account, even in a social media account he cannot participate, majority of the campaign do not accept account with a lot of negative tag.
