what Scientific Meals ? are you eating Collagen and other formulation ?

Drink more water
Eat less junk food
Exercise at least 30 minutes every day
Eat more fruits. personally i eat 1 apple per day. to keep the doctors away. lol
lastly do yoga for at least 30 minutes also. preferably 2 hours before sleep to help you fight those working stress.
i applied this to myself. December 2020 i was 150 kg. now i shed it to 120 kg. 1st week is the hardest.
need motivation? look at your mirror before exercise and harass yourself. You'll feel motivated after.
